When I moved out to California for school I obtained all of the freedom to eat and make whatever I wanted. I began experimenting with egg breakfasts (my specialty) and once I mastered an amazing breakfast, I moved on to lunch and dinner. I then realized how much fun I had in the kitchen getting creative making different recipes up myself, taking meals that are typically not “healthy” and making a few swaps to make them a bit more guilt-free but still flavor packed.
