>1. To improve my upper body strength – I want to be able to wear things that are sleeveless this summer with out my arms being all doughy2. To strengthen my endurance and stamina – I don’t like feeling out of breath when I get to the top of the stairs when I come out of the subway3. To tone my stomach and strengthen my core – I have a vacation planned at the end of the summer for my 30th birthday. Rather than approach turning 30 with gloom and doom, I want to feel my strongest and healthiest yet. Plus I want to be able to wear my bathing suit feeling good about myself, rather than covering up under the biggest towel I can find
