Tonight I did both the upper body and cardio routines Ariane gave me to whip me into shape. That treadmill thing is no joke! I made it a little longer and it really was puddle of sweat inducing. Run, lunge, crossover walk, side shuffle, run, sprint, run, sprint, run, sprint, run, lunge and repeat for 35 minutes. Then I did the upper body routine. The funny part was that the evil plant back row wasn’t the one that killed me, today it was the chest flys – probably because I am still sore from Monday! Afterwords I ran another mile to make it a solid 45 minutes of cardio….
All in all it was so much harder then I thought it would be but I also loved pushing myself that hard. I think it must be in my head but I swear I can already see a difference….
