>This morning I was SUPPOSED to go to the 8am Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp, and I really did have good intentions. That said I got off the train at 8:19am and ran off to catch up with them. Since I was late by the time I caught them it was about 1/2 hour into the class, so Ariane told me I had to make up the time. I ended up doing 4 miles of running and a class and 1/2 and about 300 push ups and squats! It was freaking hard but awesome. Of course now, I am a jello-y mess but hopefully the free lululemon yoga class in the morning will help that out….
The best part of the day is that Ariane noticed that I already look different – leaner- which was means it isn’t all in my head and THAT is awesome.
