About the Instructor:
Ariane Hundt has been studying hypnosis since the age of 12. Fascinated with the power of the mind, she read every book she was able to get her hands on and practiced on her friends. As an adult she became certified in Hypnosis and studied Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) to help people facilitate lasting change.
This class is the culmination of her years of experience working with emotional eaters, self-saboteurs, and those ready to leave the baggage behind and be the best they can be.
