Today was the last day of Slim & Strong, my month-long fat loss program. I had a very dedicated bunch of people and quite a few newcomers.
My participants get their measurements done at the start and end of the program, have their pictures taken and learn in a nutrition workshop about how to create the changes they want to achieve. Most people who join want to lose body fat, get a more defined and lean look and lose belly fat. And that’s exactly what they did this month. Check out the winners of the October session:

Esther dropped 12.2 lbs! This was her first month. Not only did her workouts improve drastically (you should have seen her worried face in the first class), but so has her attitude. Her sugar cravings are gone and her energy is better.
Dawn dropped 9.2. lbs, 1.6% body fat and 8 inches! Dawn has been working very hard, even on off days and has been super-dedicated. Welcome back superchica!
Beth dropped 7.4 lbs and 1.5% body fat and 6 inches! Beth joined with her co-worker Hellen and together they worked their magic. Well done ladies!
