Changing behaviors is all about changing your thoughts. Thoughts determine your behavior. If you think of yourself as lazy, fat, weak and out of shape, then that’s what you’ll become because you’ll act accordingly.
If you think of yourself as fit, lean, strong and healthy (even if you’re not entirely there yet) you’ll be having a much friendlier conversation in your head. Become aware of what goes on in your brain and how it affects your body in turn. You’re in charge of your thoughts.
